IIRC, his campaign histories left me a bit unimpressed. Lots of quotes from "men who were there" with not much analysis. Mind you, it's been several years since I read them. From the other side of the table, Andrew Field's book "Grouchy's Waterloo" covers Ligny and Wavre and that gives the French view of those battles.
